Traditional feminism excludes men and so perpetuates conflict. - Dr. Scilla Elworthy

Working together to create a better world

Our experience shows that when masculine and feminine intelligence meet, the wisdom and intelligence that is generated can create circles of higher intelligence through which coherence, imagination, action and wisdom can flourish. But despite decades of social and technological progress, social barriers and cultural complexities still exist to limit our potential.

The feminine has been suppressed for thousands of years while the masculine has become so distorted that many men feel estranged from and unable to express their true essence.

These issues affect us all. By understanding and working together, we have an opportunity to heal and restore our essential connectedness; a vital part of the fast unfolding potential of humanity.

Purpose of the weekend
Recognise and acknowledge
The profound ways in which the masculine has been distorted and the feminine has been suppressed as our species developed.
The emotional and physical feelings and sensations that are the manifestation of the personal, intergenerational and collective imprints we each carry.
Our relationship by acknowledging, seeing and relating to each other from our true essence as women and men.
You will discover
The personal perceptions and hidden imprints you hold about the masculine and the feminine and experience how these manifest through the way you relate to yourself and others in your work life and at home.
As a shared outcome
We will create a future Vision for collaboration and begin to uncover new ways in which men and women can unite to unlock the collective potential of the masculine and the feminine for positive social change.
This could transform
How people inter-act at work, how teenagers begin to really ‘see’ each other, how families restore communication and harmony.
Our vision
Is of groups of 1000 women and 1000 men coming together to engage this Restoration of the sacred Feminine and the sacred Masculine working together.

Nicholas brings a rare tenderness, precision and humility to his work with individuals and groups. His recognition of the healing journey that many woman are on and his honouring of the feminine principle in both women and men, are both moving and inspiring.

Joey Walters Founder, Awakening Feminine Leaders

I’ve asked Nicholas to teach in every major leadership development program I run at the IMD Business School and elsewhere. Why? Because I’ve never seen anyone have a more sustainable, transformational impact on leaders than he does. He’s simply the best.

Michael Watkins Author of The First 90 Days and Professor of Leadership at IMD

“I run think tanks for CEO’s and business owners in Manhattan who want to develop their leadership. My members are ‘movers and shakers’ who demand value from every meeting. I invited Nicholas to speak at two retreats. They reported ‘”it was our best retreat ever” and many of them are still talking about it…”

Mark Taylor Master Chair, Vistage International

To work with Nicholas is to witness a master in action; inspirational, innovative and wise beyond words. Quite simply, he will touch your soul.
